It’s rare to have a “from scratch” project canvas, and this was my first newly built interior design project. The couple wanted a fresh start and, upon moving to Miami from Texas, built this home from the ground up. This means they had gone through a rigorous and extensive architectural plan and development, engineering, and permitting. They were very eager to move in, and the design process was very strict on the timeline, requiring it to be completed in 2 months, including all setup.
