Death and Birth are one and the same. When you let your ego be reborn, it allows you to see the world through a different colored lens. Maybe the ego doesn't die, maybe it just takes a chill pill, but a new look at things is always healthy. I try to do this with different colored sunglasses to trick my mind into seeing a different "view"... or mushrooms... ;)
