KEY RAT.

Growing up in Miami, I knew the people who lived in Key Biscayne as “Key rats” because they never left the Key. I never understood this until I designed my first project there. Being a part of the Key Biscayne community meant luxury, comfort, and relaxation. The vibe was “old money,” and the style was exquisite. You even get to drive around in golf carts. Why would you ever leave? Staying true to these factors, I used lustrous, rich rose gold metals, natural stone-like prints, modern and airy color palettes, and allowed plenty of natural sunlight.
