3 Bedroom Condo - Miami, FL

HOME AWAY FROM HOME.

Located in the heart of Brickell, this condo is the client’s second home. I wanted to make it as turnkey as possible, so everything was always ready for my client’s arrival and didn’t need much upkeep. I also wanted to highlight some of the surrounding elements of the location. This condo faces the Miami River, where many boats and ships go by on their way to the port. My client’s fascination with the tug boats created the bedroom theme and influenced the lighting fixtures & art. He also enjoys playing guitar, so I created a side seating area for him, where he could entertain guests while still being a part of the living room. Lastly, I custom-fabricated a pivot kitchen island for his oddly shaped kitchen. Incorporating lazy-susan hardware made the tabletop rotatable 360 degrees.
