3 Bedroom Townhouse - New York, NY

BROWNSTONE.

This project was one of the first I did outside of Miami. Having grown up in New York before moving to Miami, where I started my design business, this seemed like the most appropriate first project outside of it. Situated on a block among other brownstones, this townhouse was part of a tight-knit community of families. This family was religious and held many gatherings, such as hosting a slew of Shabbat dinners. The interior boasts rich, deep colors of wealth and fullness, while the accompanying textures and finishes create a cozy environment meant for family camaraderie. The flow of spaces allows free traversing between them while still keeping to the cohesive overall look, tying one space to the next.
