NORTH BAY VILLAGE.

Set in the underappreciated yet up-and-coming North Bay Village, this project was a full gut renovation. The demo consisted of the full replacement of mechanical, electrical, and most of the plumbing, and a totally new layout. I put together the whole package for these clients, which included Architectural plans required for city permitting (including MEP), helped them with the entire permitting process, created an interior design package, and then placed and oversaw all of the orders and deliveries. By the time my clients moved in, most of their boxes of personal belongings had already been unpacked for them, and everything was appropriately placed into the closets and storage. A turn-key option is optimal for people on the go, or who have second homes and less time to deal with the design process.
